Monday Evening Hatha

18.15 - 19.45 Fabrikstrasse Studio AIRYOGA
A strong, alignment based practice. Foundational asanas, very slow flow with some longer holds. Ample space for exploring technique and modifications. Open class but not suitable for raw beginners.

Monday Evening Pranayama, Restorative and Mediation

20.00 - 21.15 Fabrikstrasse Studio AIRYOGA
A late evening class which primarily explores seatd  Pranayama/breathing practices, Restorative Asanas for the breath body (only a few), and 20-30 mins of Meditation work. Excellent class for those wishing to learn and deepen Pranayama. Open to all - but an ability to sit for 30mins+ is needed.

Tuesday  Evening Hatha

Wednesday Morning Hatha 2

09.00 - 11.00 Fabrikstrasse Studio AIRYOGA
A longer, more experienced based practice. Often working with more advanced themes or sequences, very slow flow with some longer holds, inversions etc. Ample space for exploring technique and modifications (last 30mins if often Self guided and assisted -therefore students should be able to self practice according to a general instruciton.
Suitable for students with experience.

Thursday Morning OPEN Practice

07.00-9.30
A quiet, supported environment for experienced students that have the ability to self-practice. Stephen and/or teachers will be present to offer clear, safe hands-on adjustments, suggestions, modifications and insight. Guided Chanting and Pranayama. Self-directed Asana* (for regular students, there are practice suggesitons and sequences to follow upon request).

IMPORTANT NOTE. You can arrive and begin formally with the guided chanting and guided Pranayama which starts at 07.00 and goes until 07.20.
At 7.20 the doors re-open, and you can arrive anytime afterwards to begin your practice. The practice space closes at 9.30 but you are welcome to leave whenever you are finished.
