• The nappa leather is a very porous, soft and elastic natural material, which tends to give in with use. It is good to remember it at the time of purchase. • Over exposure to direct light may cause colour changes in the tassel. • To avoid the creation of furrows or creases in the material, we recommend storing your shoes with wooden shapes inside, in order to preserve their purity. • Avoid direct contact with solvents, abrasive materials or that could release colouring pigments. In case of very deep stain, the colour change can be irreversible, especially in light colours. • Cleaning: For cleaning, contact specialised centres. • Coloured creams and cleansing milk should be avoided for cleaning the shoe. Their use could create rings and stains that are very difficult to eliminate. The use of brushes is unadvised as they risk to scratching the surface of the material in an irreversible way, as well as wet cloths that risk staining. Do not subject the shoe to external heat sources.
