Autumn Pranayama Intensive Retreat

A 3-day Mountain retreat for development of the Pranayama Practice and supporting Asanas. A special retreat focused on theory, technique, practice and evolution of the ancient practices of Pranayama, Kriya and Dharana (concentration/meditation).
Buddhist and Yoga perspectives. Strong, supportive Morning and Afternoon Asanas are included in the program (with emphasis on the restorative and supine based Asanas that open hips and upper back, shoulders)

This is a intensive Retreat/Program for those wishing to spend the holiday season together sharing deep Yoga practice, musical inspirations, delicious food and these beautiful, warm surroundings. The program includes long, intensive mornings of guided practice in the 3 pillars of Hatha Yoga - Meditation/Pranayama/Asana. In the afternoons offerings range from informal, playful Asana explorations to slow Restorative Practices, Yin and further work into Meditation & Pranayama as the sun sets. Some evenings and selected mornings with Live music.
The retreat centre at Samata offers full support with an Ayurvedic Kitchen, an amazing food and herb garden and therapy offerings in Ayruvedic massage, and Chinese Medicine.

3 day Immersion in Stuttgart

For experienced students and teachers, these four sessions are a chance to dive into practice – to explore strong movement, deep stillness and to find some new, unknown places in the body and breath. It is also a chance to cleanse and restore the energy body and fill it with vitality.
In this Immersion, you will work towards a refinement and alignment in the Asana approach from an Energetic Perspective (as well as key modifications that liberate the pose for the individual needs). There is an emphasis on progressing in Traditional Pranayama and inner Bandhas/Kriyas. Meditation each day will create space and insight which supports the physical work.
There will be clear direction on modifying and balancing the practices to match your needs so that personal evolution can take place.
Due to the intensity and content, there is an expectation of maturity in the practice of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. It is not a suitable course for beginners.
